How Do I Place An Order?

Ordering from Evans Textiles is easy. You can log in to your trade account browse online 24/7 and order as and when suits you and your business. You can view past orders, compare products or even save items for later with the basket function. Benefit from a 3.75% discount on all stock products and up to 12.5% on M2M curtain tracks and 15% off M2M Roman Blinds when you order online!
Alternatively, you can call our Manchester based office and speak to one of our friendly sales team on 0161 274 4147 who can take orders over the phone, as well as answer any product queries you have. You can also request a callback.
You can also order via Email. Send your order, including product codes (if known) and quantities, to info@evans-textiles.com and we will endeavour to get it processed straight away.

How do I pay for my order?
If you have a Pro Forma account, you will need to make payment prior to us sending your goods. You can pay via telephone, payment link or via card or Paypal online.
If you have a credit account, your order will be sent out automatically and you will be invoiced according to the credit terms agreed. If you're over your existing credit limit, you may be required to make alternative payments or settle any existing bills.
How Much is Delivery?
At Evans we put the customer at the heart of everything we do and this begins with our service to you.
As standard, we offer next day delivery (excludes made to measure products) providing your order is placed before 12pm.
We offer FREE* delivery to the UK mainland on all online orders above £100 (+VAT) online and only £125(+VAT) through any other means. Any offshore addresses will be subject to additional surcharges, please call for details.
Online orders under £100 will be charged £6.50 (+VAT) and released for same day despatch if received before 12pm.
There's no minimum order quantity or annual spend threshold allowing you to order what you want, when you want.
We do not charge additional costs for Scottish Highlands nor residential addresses and we promise no nasty hidden charges.
How Long Will I Wait For Delivery?
As part of The Evans Difference, we offer prompt next day delivery on all online orders* placed before 12pm. Made to measure orders differ, please do message for up to date lead times.

Do you deliver internationally?
We're happy to ship our products internationally. Our strong network of carriers means we're able to export to various countries. We work on an ex-works supply model. Simply put, this implies that it is our duty to make sure the things you buy are accessible at the specified location and prepared for shipping to your designated location.
As the customer, you are responsible for making your own shipping arrangements through a freight forwarder. They will assist you in arranging customs clearance and negotiating the best price with an appropriate international carrier.
When everything is ready, submit your order with us and we'll package and send your goods to the designated freight forwarder, ensuring they arrive at their destination on schedule.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes! Once you have placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with a unique order reference.
We advise checking your confirmation email to ensure your purchase is correct.
How do I view my order history?
It's easy to see your past orders. Simply log in to your online trade account and view your 'Order History'. Your unique order reference will easily allow you to identify orders alongside the time and date.
What's your refund policy?
All claims for goods not of satisfactory quality must be notified to our Customer Services team within 14 days of delivery.
In the event of any complaint in respect of Goods damaged in the course of delivery or incomplete deliveries or missing Goods, Goods must be signed for accordingly with the carrier and notice given within 24hrs to our customer service department. Failure to do so could negate any claim.
Made to measure orders are custom made and cannot be returned or cancelled.

My item arrived damaged or missing, what should I do?
Any items damaged in delivery or incomplete deliveries must be signed for with the carrier and notice given to Evans Textiles within 24hrs. Failure to do so could negate any claim.

Can I use Evaglide Safety Devices on another brand?
At Evans, we take immense pride in manufacturing our systems - ensuring they are safe and compliant to all the relevant legislation. Our Evaglide child safe roman blinds are independently tested for maximum 10 year of safety and peace of mind.
As such, we cannot make any guarantees on another brands Roman Blind system, safety nor performance. That's why we highly discourage customers from 'mix and matching' the Evaglide child safe devices with any other brand than Evaglide to ensure they are legally compliant. Evans Textile (Sales) Ltd reserve the right to refuse to sell the product and/or reject any liability should a customer fail to operate our systems as per the manufacturers guidance.
